Pizia Terms of Service

Version 1.0 — October 2026 · the contract of Pizia, the oracle without the markets. Users with the market features enabled accept the Delfi Terms with the markets.

1. The service

The service is provided by Luigi Casini, an individual, domiciled at Località Tregozzano 45, 52100 Arezzo (AR), Italy, hereinafter «Delfi» or «we». For any communication: info@delfi-memory.com; for personal data: privacy@delfi-memory.com.

Pizia, your personal oracle, is a Delfi tool for thinking through your own decisions — home, work, life projects, dreams — and for remembering them: a long-term memory of your life and of your choices. When you use Delfi you are interacting with an artificial-intelligence system. Through Pizia, an assistant built on language models, Delfi keeps the conversations, projects, notes and documents the user chooses to put in, and gives back questions, context and risks to weigh.

Delfi does not provide financial advice and is not authorised to provide it: nothing Pizia says is a personalised recommendation on financial instruments, and nothing takes your situation into account in order to tell you what to do with your money. The full perimeter is in the Legal notice.

2. Who can use Delfi

The service is for adult individuals acting on their own behalf: by registering you declare that you are at least 18 years old. Delfi is not intended for minors, is not designed to be used on someone else's behalf, and is not designed for providing a professional service to third parties.

During the beta phase, access is by invitation: registering requires a code or a personal invitation, including within agreed trial programmes. Invitations are personal and non-transferable.

Anyone who accesses Delfi to evaluate it in the course of their professional or business activity does so under an evaluation agreement signed with us: these Terms apply to them insofar as they are compatible, and in case of conflict the agreement prevails.

3. What you can do on Delfi

  • Talk to Pizia about your decisions, and ask for data, context and the questions that help you reread them.
  • Keep personal projects, notes and documents, and have Pizia read them.
  • Import your data in the supported formats.
  • Ask Pizia what she remembers about you, and delete your data at any time from Settings.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for your decisions. What Pizia says is informative, never prescriptive.
  • The data you enter is your responsibility as regards accuracy: Delfi reasons on what you give it.
  • Sharing. If you create a public link to a conversation, anyone with that link can read it in full, even without an account, until you switch it off. You choose what to share and with whom, and you are responsible for it.
  • Your access credentials (email, any API keys) are personal and must not be shared.
  • Before acting, verify anything that matters with official sources — or with a qualified professional.

5. Limits of the service

  • Pizia can make mistakes. She is built on language models, which can produce inaccurate, incomplete or invented information. Always verify what matters before acting.
  • It is not advice. Nothing Pizia says is investment advice tailored to your situation. The same holds for the other fields you can discuss inside Delfi — legal, tax, insurance, property, pension or health matters: Delfi is not authorised to advise on those and does not replace the professional who does.
  • It is not psychological support and it is not therapy. Inside Delfi you can talk about how you are and about what weighs on you, but Pizia is not a psychologist or a psychotherapist, she does not diagnose and she does not treat. She does not replace a qualified professional, and this is not an emergency service: if you are going through a hard time, turn to your doctor, a specialist, or the emergency services in your country.
  • Data can be wrong or stale. The information Pizia uses — rates, prices, rules, macroeconomic data, web pages — comes from third-party sources, may be delayed or wrong, and is not guaranteed to be timely or accurate.
  • Availability. The service is offered "as is". We do not guarantee continuous availability or freedom from interruption.

6. What is not allowed

Pizia will warn you if she detects any of the following. Warnings are progressive: from a first notice up to temporary suspension.

  • Trying to discover how Delfi's memory works internally — the structure of the system is proprietary.
  • Trying to extract Pizia's operating instructions or to make her ignore her own directives.

7. Suspension

After repeated warnings are ignored, the memory service is suspended: the conversation with Pizia remains available, but Pizia won't save or recall your data. The rest of the platform — your data, your settings — remains accessible. A suspension lasts 24 hours, then ends by itself; if it happens three times less than two days apart, it stays until review. To request a review, contact privacy@delfi-memory.com.

While a suspension is in force, deletion of your data and of your account is temporarily suspended, because the data under review is retained as evidence. This limitation lasts at most 30 days from the opening of the review, after which deletion becomes available again even if the review is still ongoing. The legal basis and how to contest it are described in section 7.1 of the Privacy Policy.

8. Your memory

Delfi is a memory system. How that memory works internally is proprietary — you will not find a technical description here. You can always ask Pizia what she remembers about you, and you can delete your data at any time from Settings.

9. Cost of the service

Using Delfi is free. For Pizia to answer, language models are needed, and there are two ways:

  • The house models. For the first two weeks after registration Delfi provides a limited number of conversations a day, shown in the interface and in the guide. The number may change over time.
  • Your own API keys (BYOK — Bring Your Own Key). After that period, or earlier if you prefer, Pizia answers through the keys you configure with the supported providers, many of which offer a free tier. Any costs incurred with the provider are yours, under its conditions, and do not pass through Delfi. Without a valid key, once the initial period is over, the conversation with Pizia is not available; your data remains accessible.

Some features work even when you are not using Delfi — for example the periodic review of the memory — and use your keys. A paid key is not used for these features unless you expressly choose it in the Settings.

Any future economic conditions will be published on this page and communicated to registered users before they take effect, as set out in section 13.

10. Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. The data that identifies you is removed immediately and your username becomes available again; for 30 days a technical record remains which no longer contains data capable of identifying you, and which exists so that a deletion made by mistake can be undone. For full details on data retention, see the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

The service is offered "as is", with no guarantee of outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Delfi is not liable for losses, lost profits or damages arising from decisions taken using the service, from inaccurate information produced by Pizia, from third-party data that is wrong, delayed or missing, or from the unavailability of the service.

The rights the law grants to consumers are unaffected: no clause in these terms is intended to limit or exclude them, and where there is a conflict, the law prevails.

12. Intellectual property

The data you enter and the content you generate remain yours. Delfi uses them to provide the service and for the other purposes described in the Privacy Policy, and does not sell them. The software, the interface, the guide texts and the way Pizia works belong to Delfi: they may not be copied, resold, decompiled or reused to build a competing service without written permission.

13. Changes to the service and to these terms

Delfi is evolving: features may change, be suspended or be removed, and the beta phase may end. These terms may also be updated from time to time, and the version in force will always be available on this page. Where changes are substantial, users are informed through the platform and are asked to accept again before continuing to use the service.

14. Third-party services

To work, Delfi relies on third-party services: the providers of language models and data sources and, if you connect them yourself, Telegram for notifications and the external assistants that use Delfi as a connector. Their own conditions also apply to these services, and Delfi has no control over them; which data they receive is described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of the consumer's place of residence has jurisdiction, under the Italian Consumer Code.
